Privacy

This describes what this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It covers the website only, not the terms of any engagement we agree separately.

What you send us

The contact forms ask for your name, work email, company, and a description of what you need. We use that to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes an engagement, to run it. Nothing on this site requires you to submit anything - you can read every page without giving us your details.

Form submissions are held in a third-party customer relationship management service, which stores them on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes.

What we measure

We use two analytics services to understand which pages people read and which lead to an enquiry. One is cookieless and collects no personal data. The other sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit, and records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. We look at this in aggregate. We are not trying to identify you.

We record the fact that a contact form was submitted, so we can tell which pages lead to enquiries. That record does not include anything you typed into the form.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, run advertising or retargeting, or build profiles of you across other websites. Our fonts are served from our own site rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.

Cookies and local storage

Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser and never leaves it. The analytics service described above sets its own cookies. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.

Hosting

This site is served by a cloud hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs - including IP addresses - as part of operating and securing the service.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@elaxionllc.com and we will action it. You do not need to explain why. Most browsers and tracker-blocking extensions will also block the analytics described above, and the site works normally without it.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. Questions about any of it go to the same address, or through the contact page.
